We offer a range of services including advice and assistance, an Application for a Grant of Probate and full estate administration, or any combination of these services.
Our pricing is at the hourly rate of £210 per hour + VAT and you will be charged for the actual work undertaken. Although we do not offer fixed fees, we always provide costs estimates, once we are aware of the particular details of the case.
The exact costs depends on the particular circumstances, and will vary according to such factors as the number and type and location of assets and beneficiaries, whether or not there is a Will and if inheritance tax is payable, for example. The total costs are usually in the range of £800 to £5,000.
